Time to end your woes or paralysis around feeding yourself daily! Learn some new tools to make the daily grind of meal preparation smoother and more enjoyable. Cooking is self-care and self-care is essential for wellness.

This package includes 5 coaching sessions spread over 10 weeks:

  • 80-minute initial session (covered by insurance)

  • 75-90-minute at-home kitchen session

    • to discuss strategies to make your pantry and fridge serve you and your goals.

  • 75-90-minute grocery store exploration session

    • to explore your usual choices and alternatives.

  • 2 (hour-long) follow-up sessions

  • 3-day custom meal plan with grocery list

  • Ongoing email/chat support during the 10 weeks of the package

  • Access to recipes and meal planning ideas and tools

    The services in blue font are unique to this package. If you decide to extend our coaching work, you can book additional coaching sessions, which will likely be covered by your insurance.
