I offer holistic, weight-neutral, integrative and functional nutrition coaching and nutrition therapy to adults residing in the Pacific Northwest and beyond.
Most clients pay $0 out of pocket for my services as they are covered by the preventative benefit of most health insurance plans. I am an in-network provider with Aetna, Anthem, Premera Blue Cross, Regence, Lifewise, and United Healthcare. I am also able to bill insurance across many state lines.

Blue Cross Blue Shield (Regence, Premera, Anthem, LifeWise), Aetna, and United Healthcare members
I am a preferred provider (in network) with the Blue Cross Blue Shield insurance family of companies (Premera, Regence, Anthem, LifeWise) as well as Aetna and United Healthcare (and their affiliates). My services are typically covered under your preventative benefit with $0 out of pocket for you. The number of allowed sessions varies based on your plan’s coverage, but in some cases is unlimited.
All other clients
If your insurance is with a company not listed (e.g. Cigna, Medicare), you are unsure who you are insured with or have no coverage currently, please reach out to me to go over other possible ways we could work together or to review my self-pay rates.
Outcomes-Based Health Coaching Programs
For complex health concerns like insulin resistance (high A1C), elevated cholesterol, or hormone-related changes (e.g. undesired weight gain), the standard 55-minute insurance-covered session often isn’t enough to dig deep or create a plan that truly works long term. That’s why I offer dedicated, high-touch programs for clients with multiple, overlapping health concerns—clients who are engaged, committed, and ready to make measurable progress. These programs combine expert support, built-in accountability, and consistent follow-through to accelerate results and support lasting behavior change.
Think of this as a results-focused partnership for deep and lasting transformation—beyond what insurance alone can provide. Most of my clients use their insurance benefits for our in-session work, but real change often requires more: custom plans, priority access, advanced case research, lab review, supplement protocols, and personalized strategies between sessions. These programs give me the time and space to do that deeper work so you can see meaningful, measurable improvements.
Before enrolling in any program, all prospective program clients complete a 90-minute initial nutrition consultation (covered by most insurance plans) to determine the best path forward. During this time, we’ll review your goals, health history, and whether one of my programs is the right fit—or if ongoing insurance-covered sessions will meet your needs.

The Better Numbers Cardiometabolic Health Program

An evidence-based program designed to improve your A1C, cholesterol (lipid profile), blood pressure, and weight—sustainably and without quick fixes. The Better Numbers Program helps you move beyond symptom management toward root-cause resolution, so you can see measurable improvements and feel better in daily life.

The WellAligned Women’s Health Program

Personalized nutrition and lifestyle coaching to support balance and resilience through life transitions—including cycle-related symptoms, fertility treatment, pregnancy, postpartum, and perimenopause. WellAligned helps you improve energy, digestion, mood, weight, and overall well-being so you can feel like yourself again.

The Food Fairy Coaching Program

Coaching centered on helping you grow in food competence and feeding self-efficacy. Great for single adults and family "gatekeepers" alike. We discuss meal planning, recipe selection, meal preparation, grocery shopping, kitchen organization, and cooking skills.

Bi-weekly sessions that focus on developing your meal planning, recipe selection, grocery shopping, and food preparation skills so you can competently and confidently feed yourself (and your family). Much of the time in these sessions is not covered by insurance. Initial package is 2 months but can be extended and/or customized with add-on services.

Let’s go through your pantry and fridge and talk about what products are there, how you use them, and how to make them work for you in improving your wellness and reaching your nutrition goals.

We go to a local food store and tour it as we discuss your grocery shopping routines and priorities and explore ways to modify them to serve your nutrition and wellness goals.

You and I will cook together 1-2 dishes made with ingredients that support your health concerns, wellness or food learning. These take place at your home.

You keep track of what you eat and drink for 3-5 days on a secure online platform and I review it to give you contextual and relevant feedback.

To help you as you establish new eating patterns, I can provide 3-, 5- or 7-day meal plans that consider your nutritional needs and food preferences.

If your coaching package has us meeting less often, you can add a 30-minute weekly check-in to share how you are progressing toward your goals. These are equal parts encouragement, accountability and fine-tuning.

Additional services

Hands-on cooking sessions that engage all of you, no matter your cooking skills or food knowledge. You will cook delicious dishes, learn about how the nutrients in them benefit your body, eat with like-minded individuals in community, and share your food and wellness experiences. Minimum of 5 and maximum of 7 people. Sessions are hosted by one of the participants, but all planning is done by me.

These 60- to 90-min talks on a food and nutrition topic chosen by you (within my expertise) include an engaging presentation, discussion, and Q&A. Hosted by one of the participants or the sponsoring organization.
