Outcomes-Based Health Coaching Programs
For many health concerns—like insulin resistance/prediabetes, elevated cholesterol, or hormone-related changes (including undesired weight gain)—standard insurance-covered nutrition sessions provide a good foundation. But some clients want the opportunity to go deeper from the start, with more individualized analysis, closer support, and dedicated work between sessions.
My six-week, high-support programs are designed to provide that intensive start. Together, we’ll build a clear understanding of your health and priorities, develop a personalized nutrition and lifestyle strategy, put it into practice, and refine it based on what we learn along the way. The goal isn’t a quick fix or to resolve everything in six weeks—it’s to establish a strong, evidence-based foundation and the systems and strategies you can continue building on over time.
Many of my clients use their insurance benefits for our in-session work. The program fee covers the deeper work that insurance does not: advanced case research, detailed review of dietary and health data, personalized meal planning, supplement review and protocols when appropriate, customized tools and resources, priority scheduling, and support between sessions. This gives me the time and space to look at the different pieces of your health together and translate them into recommendations specific to you—not simply provide session-by-session guidance.
Before enrolling, all prospective clients complete a 90-minute initial nutrition consultation (covered by most insurance plans) to determine the best path forward. We’ll review your goals, health and dietary history and decide together whether an intensive six-week program would add meaningful value to your care or whether ongoing insurance-covered sessions are all you need.
